You stroll over toward Chesty. She’s just gotten out of the pool and smells like sewage. You look at the pool and see that it’s full of old food and garbage. Chicken bones and half-eaten sandwiches float around on the surface. "You swim around in that?" you ask her.

"Sure," she answers, "my doctor says that by swimming around in filth every day I’m building up my immune system. Now that I have a tolerance for that level of poison (cough) I don’t have to worry about lesser germs. (cough cough) Excuse me, I don’t feel so well." She sits by the edge of the pool.

"Is there anything I can do to help?" you ask.

"Sure, (cough), you can convince my sister to stay at home and not run off and join the Bohemians."
